What it does
Clock in against a job and phase
- Crew pick the project and, where the job has a timeline, the phase. Hours then cost to the part of the job they were worked on.
Location captured at clock-in
- The browser's location is recorded at clock-in and compared against the project's geocoded address. Clock-ins more than half a mile out are flagged for office review — they are flagged, not blocked, and hours are never invalidated automatically.
Photos and notes on the entry
- Crew can attach a photo or a note to a time entry, which is often the fastest way to explain an unusual day.
Hours become invoice lines
- Unbilled time can be pulled onto an invoice in one step, and is marked once billed so it can't go out twice.
Crew see only what they need
- The crew role has no access to customer records, leads, margins, or company settings. It's a deliberately narrow surface.
Crew seats don't count against your plan
- Office seats are what your plan limits. Crew-role users don't consume them, so putting the whole field team on the time clock doesn't change your bill.
