How does the 30-day free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to the whole platform, not a limited demo. A card is required to activate the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime before that with no charge.

What does it cost after the trial?

Plans start at $59/mo and scale with how many active projects and office seats you need, up to Unlimited projects at $329/mo. Every plan includes the full feature set, leads through invoicing; nothing is held back for higher tiers. Annual billing saves roughly two months versus paying monthly.

Do field crew members count against my user limit?

No. Seat limits apply to office and owner-tier logins. Foreman and crew-role users, the people actually clocking in and logging the job, are unlimited on every plan.

Can subcontractors and clients use it without their own account?

Yes. Clients get a secure portal for photos, invoices, timeline, and messages, and subcontractors can submit bids and respond to change orders through a no-login link, no seat or subscription required on their end.

Does it work on my phone in the field, or do I need to install something?

It runs in any browser on a phone, tablet, or laptop, no install required. Daily logs, crew clock-in, and blueprint markup are all built for use on the jobsite, not just the office.

Is this built for my trade specifically?
