Jobs, estimates, change orders, crew hours and invoicing for contractors with 1–50 employees. The price is on the page, the trial starts when you click, and there's no call to book first.

| SiteAnchor | Common in the category | What this rests on | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it costs | Published. $59–$329/mo, listed on our pricing page. | Much of the category quotes on request, so the price isn't knowable before a conversation. | Ours: our own published price list. Category: the presence of a “request a quote” step in place of a price. |
| How you try it | Self-serve. Sign up, add a card, 30 days free, cancel in Settings. | Commonly a scheduled demo before access — the trial starts after a sales conversation, not before it. | Ours: the signup flow on this site. Category: whether a vendor's primary call to action is “start” or “book a demo”. |
| How it scales | Flat monthly by plan. Your bill doesn't move when a job gets bigger. | Platforms that price by annual construction volume bill more as your revenue grows, independent of usage. | Ours: the plan table on /pricing. Category: volume-based pricing as a published model, without attributing a figure to any vendor. |
| How long you're committed | Month-to-month. Annual prepay is offered at a discount, never required. | Annual contracts are common, sometimes with the term set before the price is quoted. | Ours: our own terms. Category: contract length as a published norm, not a claim about any one vendor. |
| Who counts as a user | Per company, with office seats included per plan. Crew on the clock never count against the limit. | Per-user pricing is widespread, which makes adding the field crew a line-item decision. | Ours: the seat rules on /pricing. Category: per-user pricing as a published model. |

The plan limits, the permission model and the reporting are all built for 1–50. Past that you'll want something with a procurement module and a controller behind it.
We export payroll to CSV; we don't run certified payroll or union fringe calculations. If that's your week, this isn't the tool.
You can import customers and materials yourself, and QuickBooks syncs. But nobody here is going to rebuild five years of job history for you — there's no professional-services team, on purpose, because that's what the price reflects.
There's nothing to negotiate. The number on the pricing page is the number, and that's the whole positioning.
One afternoon. Create the job you're running right now, add your crew, and you're live. There's no data-migration project and no implementation call — you can import your existing customers and materials later, or never.
Yes — a card starts the 30-day trial, and nothing is charged during it. Cancel before day 30 in Settings and you're never billed. We'd rather tell you that here than after you've filled in a form.
That's exactly who Starter is priced for — $59/mo, 3 projects, 3 office users. Crew on the clock don't count against the user limit, so a 3-job outfit with six guys in the field still fits.
Nothing, until you connect it. QuickBooks Online sync is included on every plan: you map your chart of accounts once, and expenses, bills, customers and invoices flow across. It's a sync, not a migration — QuickBooks stays your book of record.
No. Start with the job you're running right now — you don't need history in the system for it to be useful. Customers and material prices can be imported from a spreadsheet when you're ready, and QuickBooks Online syncs your chart of accounts, customers, expenses and invoices.
Yes. Reports export to CSV and PDF, payroll exports to CSV, and estimates and invoices are PDFs you keep. Your accounting data lives in QuickBooks either way — we sync to it, we don't replace it.
A month at a time. Annual prepay is available at a discount if you want it, but the default is month-to-month and you cancel yourself in Settings — no retention call, no notice period.
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, and everything carries on. Cancel any time before day 30 and you're not billed at all — your data stays available through the end of the period you paid for.
